1. What unit is CMF? CMF is an abbreviation for Coriolis mass flowmeter. It is not a unit itself, but an instrument for measuring fluid mass flow rate. The following is a detailed explanation about CMF: Working principle: CMF adopts a U-shaped tube wheel structure with two pipes arranged side by side, and through the use of corrugated wax, the bent parts of the two pipes vibrate slightly towards each other, causing the straight pipes on both sides to vibrate synchronously. When the turbulent fluid is introduced into the pipe and flows forward along the pipe, the pipe will force the fluid to vibrate up and down together with it. In order to resist this forced vibration, the fluid will give the tube a reaction force perpendicular to its flow direction, known as the Coriolis effect force. This effect force causes the vibration of the tube to be asynchronous, resulting in a difference in the timing of vibration between the inlet and outlet sections of the tube, known as the phase time difference. This difference is directly proportional to the mass flow rate of the fluid flowing through the pipe. Measurement unit: CMF measures the mass flow rate of a fluid, and the unit used is kg/h. Compared to volumetric flow meters, flow meters that use mass as a unit are more accurate and constant because mass follows the law of conservation. Application areas: CMF is widely used in multiple industrial sectors, including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, building materials, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food, biotechnology, energy, aerospace, etc. In addition, in the automotive industry, it is also used for the measurement of clean fuel compressed natural gas (CNG). The emergence of CMF has brought about a profound change in fluid mea_600x400.jpg)

Working principle of Coriolis mass flowmeter: Coriolis mass flowmeter is a high-precision instrument that uses the Coriolis effect (also known as Coriolis force) to measure the mass flow rate of a fluid.
. Its working principle is mainly based on Newtons second law and the principles of motion mechanics. When a fluid passes through a laterally constrained pipeline (i.e. the sensor of a Coriolis flowmeter), if the pipeline vibrates towards each other at its natural resonance frequency, the flow of the fluid inside the pipeline will generate a Coriolis force proportional to the mass flow rate of the fluid. This force will cause slight twisting deformation of the pipeline in the direction of fluid flow. Specifically, when there is no fluid flowing through, the vibrating tube does not twist, and the signals detected by the electromagnetic signal detectors on both sides of the vibrating tube are in phase. When there is fluid passing through, due to the Coriolis force, the vibration track sliding tube is twisted under the action of torque, resulting in a phase difference between the signals detected by the detectors on both sides, that is, time lag (Delta-T). This phase difference or time lag is directly proportional to the mass flow rate, so the mass flow rate of the fluid can be determined by measuring this phase difference or time lag. In the actual measurement process, the sensor of a Coriolis flowmeter contains two vibrating tubes (also known as measuring tubes) that vibrate towards each other at a certain frequency and amplitude. After entering the sensor, the f
